Razer Releases Peripherals For The Old Republic

None

Razer announced at E3 that it will be producing a line of licensed peripherals for BioWare’s upcoming MMORPG, Star Wars: The Old Republic. The peripherals will become available when The Old Republic launches in late 2011. All four peripherals have a silver and black color scheme, and can be customized with the emblem of the Sith Empire or Galactic Republic. The keyboard and mouse also feature a customizable lighting system.

The peripheral line includes a keyboard, mouse, headset, and mouse pad. The keyboard features a segment with programmable macro keys and a multi-touch LCD track-panel that can display game information and access macros, as well as ten “dynamic adaptive tactile keys” that change their image to reflect their current function. The mouse sports a 12-button thumb grid for easily launching attacks and macros. The headset delivers 5.1 surround sound, and the mouse pad has a hardened, abrasion-resistant surface.
