Last month, we reported that Team Bondi, the company that released L.A. Noire in May, was put “under external administration,” and that it was looking like it might not be around much longer. The developer has also been making headlines for the last couple of months regarding poor working conditions, in-fighting, and a rocky relationship with Rockstar. Now, Gamasutra reports that the paperwork has been filed. It’s official: Team Bondi is closing.
What this means for L.A. Noire 2 is still uncertain, but rumor has it that Rockstar is no longer interested. By Josh Engen |
