They’re not exact dates, to be sure, but Hideo Kojima was on hand at the Tokyo Game Show to let the gaming public know when they could expect the 3DS port of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater and the Zone of the Enders HD collection to make their way into stores. Snake Eater 3D, he said, would be out in early 2012. This keeps with its original release window of “Winter,” though gamers who were anticipating holiday sneaking antics will likely be disappointed that the title won’t be out before Christmahannakwanzika.
