We’re in an age where everyone cares about a game’s resolution and framerate. It can be an important issue, and there are expectations like 1080p and 60fps. Fortunately, Gears of War 4 will be mostly meeting them. Microsoft’s Rod Fergusson, Gears of War 4’ s producer, confirmed the resolution and framerates.
The Gears of War 4 campaign will run at 30fps in 1080p. The two player cooperative multiplayer’s case is different, however. It will run at 60fps. A reason for the difference wasn’t mentioned.
Fergusson also said that Gears of War 4 could possibly come to Windows PCs. But instead of thinking about the maybes, sit comfortably waiting for the game to come to the Xbox One later this year.
