Just like in the film, the titular Roger Rabbit and human detective Eddie Valiant take center stage. In both the 1988 and 1991 games players will control Roger Rabbit who is aided by Eddie Valiant. The 1989 game flips this dynamic and has the player control Eddie Valiant with Roger Rabbit following him around. Roger’s wife, Jessica Rabbit also appears in each game where she is either kidnapped by Judge Doom or gives the players tips.
