DriveClub’s Last Update Arrives

DriveClub’s Last Update Arrives

Now that DriveClub VR is here, the torch has been passed. Evolution Studios, the developer behind DriveClub , is gone. DriveClub itself is now two years old. And so, just past its second birthday, the original game’s support has come to an end. We have received the last DriveClub update.

And what an update it is. Aside from the bug fixes you expect from such a thing, the 5.75GB add-on brings people 20 more tracks. Five of the tracks are familiar. Canada’s Port of Vancouver, Chile’s Inquique, Japan’s Gujo, India’s Ashii, and Norway’s Bryggen tracks all receive reverse variations. In addition, there are DriveClub VR’ s 15 urban tracks.

Perhaps the best part is that this DriveClub update lets the shuttered Evolution Studios say goodbye. The patch notes say the following: “Thanks for your support. Thanks for your commitment. Farewell.” Finally we have some closure.
