Are you a Duke Nukem fan? Do you love the idea of peeing on the corpses of aliens you just blew away with a shotgun? Do you stalk John St. John at night while cosplaying the Duke himself? If so, then you are quite a disturbing human being. For the more rational Duke fans, a pre-order of the upcoming Duke Nukem Forever is probably enough to satisfy. However, just to be sure that we won’t see any cosplaying stalkers out there any time soon, Gearbox and 2K is going to sweeten the deal. Anyone who preordered the game from 2K/Gearbox or bought the Borderlands Game of the Year Edition will be entered as members of the “First Access Club.” Members of this club will have special Duke-related privileges, and in that means that that they will receive the very first Duke Nukem Forever multiplayer DLC pack completely for free.  No details on the pack have been released thus far, but “a source familiar with the situation” says that it is “a full DLC. Not some silly skin.” So put away the shades and tank top. John St. John will be happy. |
