The creativity never ceases in the ROM community, and that includes Pokémon Light Platinum. The fan-made ROM hack was created by WesleyFG and is based on Pokémon Ruby. Set in the Zhery Region, players can use Game Boy Advance (GBA) emulators to access the game from various platforms. While maintaining the spirit of the original games, players can also employ popular cheat codes and exploits, granting them rare items, legendary Pokémon, and an edge in their quest to become the ultimate Pokémon champion.

Pokémon Light Platinum Premise

With the help of your trusty Pokémon, you must thwart the plans of evil organizations, uncover ancient secrets, and ultimately prove your worth as a true Pokémon Master. The journey in Pokémon Light Platinum promises excitement, discovery, and the chance to forge an extraordinary bond with Pokémon from every corner of this magical realm.

Pokémon Light Platinum Main Characters

The main characters in the ROM hack are the same characters from Pokémon Ruby. They include your rival, gym leaders, and the Elite Four. There are other trainers and village folk that are scattered around the map. Most have simple dialogue options or none at all. They’re there to fill out the world. Of course, you’ll also have to battle quite a few of them, so you may want to use the Ignore Trainer cheat code.
