People planning on picking up Gears of War 4 may want to go through the beta. And by go through the beta, I mean play as much of it as possible so you reach level 20. Why? Because everyone who does gets a Vintage Kait Reward Pack that offers mostly cosmetic items, but also one beneficial boost.
The Vintage Kait pack is focused on Kait, one of Gears of War 4’ s stars. You get a vintage character skin to change her appearance, as well as two vintage weapon skins that alter how her equipment looks. There’s an emblem to customize your in-game identity too. Perhaps most helpful is a unique bounty card that gives you a one-match, double XP bounty.
You’ll have to work quickly to earn this Gears of War 4 beta reward. People who played Gears of War: Ultimate Edition get to start playing April 18. Everyone with a Xbox Live Gold subscription gets to join them as of April 25. On May 1, the beta shuts down. After that, well, who knows? We may have to wait until the official release on October 11!
