Yesterday, news surfaced online that Just Cause 2’s multiplayer mod will be hitting Steam on December 16th. This story originally came directly from the game’s official steam page.
“JC2-MP is a project to bring multiplayer to Just Cause 2 in all of its magnificent glory. Imagine the chaos of normal Just Cause 2, then extending it out to dozens, hundreds, and even thousands of players.”
This impressive multiplayer mod will be entering into the final beta testing stages on December 7th and ending a week later on December 14 th .
Rumors have been swirling that Avalanche Studios has been working feverishly on Just Cause 3 and that an announcement may be forthcoming. Now that next-gen consoles are on the market, I think we will definitely hear more about this game sooner rather than later. If you never got a chance to play Just Cause 2 , then you definitely owe it to yourself to pick up this game ASAP.
