The creative director of Ubisoft’s Montreal studio, Jonathan Morin, has announced that there will not be a demo for it’s upcoming Watch_Dogs title.
In response to an assertive question over Twitter, Morin stated that there will be “ no demo planned before release. ”
@Rawfan306 Dude relax, I receive too much tweets… They are no demo planned before release. Sorry for the wait, doing my best…

In another tweet , Morin explained that producing a Watch_Dogs demo would shift the focus from the development of the full game itself. However, he has assured that more footage of the game will be seen before the title’s release.
@DJPork Doing Demos take time, the focus is on the game. You will see more footage before release. Be patient & thanks for your passion. 🙂

Watch_Dogs’ animation director Colin Graham recently touted the hardware power of the PlayStation 4, saying that the console’s additional memory has helped out a lot for the game’s animation. Morim has also confirmed that the average player, who does some free roaming on the side, will reach the end of Watch_Dogs’ main story in 35 to 40 hours . Completionists can look forward to about 100 hours of content.
Watch_Dogs is slated for worldwide release on May 27 this year, for PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. A release date for the Wii U has yet to be confirmed.
