Yesterday, Deep Silver PR Manager Ryan Avery confirmed via the PlayStation Blog that Sacred 3 is officially coming to the PS3 on August 26 th . He also added a brand new trailer from the game that I have conveniently embedded below for you all to check out:
Sacred 3 is the latest installment in the hack and slash series centered on co-op gameplay. Players have the ability to drop in and out of multiplayer sessions while facing off against different hordes of enemies. There are a total of five distinct character classes to choose from that were originally introduced in the Sacred Citadel spinoff last year.
I had the opportunity to play Sacred Citadel during last year’s PAX East convention in Boston, MA. While the game was fun, the general question most fans kept asking was when would Sacred 3 be releasing. Now that we have a firm release date, fans of the series can have something to look forward to later this year.
