I would make the claim that Skyrim is selling like hotcakes, but I’ve never known hotcakes to sell this well. According to a press release issued by ZeniMax Media Inc. today, Skyrim has received over fifty perfect review scores and has already shipped seven million copies. It’s estimated that it will make more than $450 million in global retail sales. Heck, it managed to outperform Modern Warfare 3 on Steam on release day, and MW3 is probably the biggest game release this year.
