We know Watch Dogs 2 is getting a sequel. It’s been leaked, referred to, and pretty much confirmed. We just haven’t actually seen anything about it yet. But that’s going to change soon. On June 8, Ubisoft is going to unveil the game ahead of E3 2016. You can catch it at 9am PT/11am CT/12pm ET.
But for right now, we get something to savor over the next few days. Ubisoft let loose a brief teaser. It’s only 32 seconds long, but gives a hint at what we’ll be able to do with our new character’s smart phone in the game. He executes hacking programs very subtly with a tap of a finger on the screen.
Are you excited? I am, and here’s why. The first Watch Dogs wasn’t perfect, but it certainly was promising. Watch Dogs 2 is an opportunity to get things even more right. Ubisoft’s put out some great games lately, like The Division , and this could be another one.
