Yesterday, Gamestop released a product page confirming that the upcoming Watch_Dogs Season Pass will feature a new playable character and campaign. The page has since been taken down, but we have conveniently embedded the source image at the end of this post for you all to check out.
The image below also reveals that the PS4 Season Pass is expected to retail for $19.99. Watch_Dogs is currently scheduled to launch on May 27 th for the PS4, Xbox One, PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The Wii U version of the game won’t debut at stores until later this year.
After hearing this news, I’m very interested to find out if this new character will play a role in the main game’s storyline. Ubisoft could essentially be setting things up for this series to extend past this game. Unfortunately, they haven’t confirmed or denied any of this yet and we will just have to wait to see where all of this is going.
