Nintendo is expected to announce the Wii U’s price and release date on September 13 th .
The firm is holding a “major” press event in New York on the aforementioned date, which will apparently see the company announce launch and price details for their next-gen platform.
Members of the US press have seemingly been invited to the press event that takes place in New York, where Nintendo will share details “about how the Wii U will change the future of gaming and entertainment”. Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime will be hosting the event.
Previous New York-based press events that have seen Reggie being the host has resulted in the Wii and Nintendo 3DS’ price and release date being unveiled.
