In what has become an annual tradition, Microsoft’s Major Nelson has announced the 2011 Summer of Arcade, dating and pricing the titles that are to be part of the month-long promotion. The list follows below: July 20 – Bastion ![]() Each of the above games will cost 1200 MSP ($15) with the exception of Fruit Ninja Kinect, which will launch at the lower price of 800 MSP ($10). Furthermore, those who buy every title in the Summer of Arcade will receive a free copy of Crimson Alliance when it releases on September 7. For those who don’t, the action-RPG will set them back 1200 MSP. Of particular interest is the presence of Fruit Ninja Kinect on this list, pushing the 360’s hands-free Kinect controller in the downloadable sphere. How well will a downloadable title that requires that initial $150 investment perform? Only time will tell. |
