You Can Pay for Early Access to The Tomorrow Children

The Tomorrow Children is a PlayStation 4 exclusive that’s going to let people band together to restore order and fight monsters in a futuristic, alternate reality version of the Soviet Union. Dangerous Izverg, Godzilla-like monsters, roam around the world, destroying towns. It’s up to you to acquire resources, build up your homeland, and fight back. And now, we know when people will get to be part of The Tomorrow Children’ s community.

People with PlayStation 4s will be able to begin playing The Tomorrow Children on September 6, for a price. For $19.99, you can get the Founders Pack. It gives you Bourgeoisie papers that make you a resident of The Void, allowing you to build your own house in town, contribute to projects that build up and improve the town, acquire weapons and tools, and send five free-to-play invitations to friends. Your Lv1 Arms and Tools licenses will allow you to purchase better equipment with in-game currency. A Miner Gear costume will change your look, while the Eagle Corp. Jetpack lets you reach new heights. You also get 1,000 Freeman Dollars, the cash currency that can bribe officials and give you access to additional items, and three PSN avatars.

People who don’t pay have to wait to play. The Tomorrow Children will eventually be free-to-play, but an exact launch date for that version has yet to be announced. It’s also possible to immediately begin playing if you’re a friend of a Founder Pack owner and get an invitation, but you won’t have access to some of the same perks. However, people who get a free-to-play invite can upgrade to either the Founders Pack or the Frontier Pack, the name the pack will take after the freemium version launches.
