A few months ago, we ran a story focused on a rumor about a Kinect version of Gears of War. Today, news from Kotaku appears to confirm the rumors. Kotaku has posted as a picture showing what appears to be a screenshot from a Kinect-powered demo presentation.  The new title will be an on-rails shooter, though it’s not clear how much the final product will resemble what was represented in the demo. A few weeks ago, Gears of War: Exile, a website registered to Epic, surfaced. Based on the fact that Epic appears to have been ready to announce the game at the Spike Video Game Awards late last year, we may see this new title before the release of Gears of War 3 this fall. |
