Sure, the Kinect is only officially supported for Xbox, but with its USB interface, it isn’t hard to make it work for PC. While the Kinect/PC combo currently remains exclusively in the hands of hackers, Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer has stated that the Kinect will be officially supported for use with PC in the future.  Of course, there is no ETA on when we can expect this. Bellmer said, “We’ll support that in a formal way in the right time, and when we’ve got an announcement to make, we’ll make it.” |
