Battlefield 3 Doesn’t Work In Europe Either

None

I think it’s safe to say that Battlefield 3 has not had a smooth launch. Between Origin’s buggy, semi-operational interface and the wide range of connection, server, and video card issues, becoming a genuine fan of BF3 has been pretty difficult. And it sounds like European PS3 owners are also not safe from BF3’s issues.

EA released Battlefield 3 as a PS3 digital download on October 27th in Europe, but the digital build has apparently been experiencing an inability to sign into the Battlelog service.

According to a Sony Europe community manager, EA has reportedly “confirmed” the issues and is planning a patch. “EA have confirmed that there are issues with the digital build of Battlefield 3 (on the PS Store) which will be affecting people trying sign into Battlelog” said “RabidWalker,” a PlayStation Community Team member. “They are currently working on a patch for this, although no ETA has been given at the moment.”

Personally, I think that Europe should have to wait until EA fixes BF3’s issues here at home. Also, I’m not afraid to chant “U.S.A.! U.S.A.!” if it will help EA see things my way.
