George Hotz, AKA geohot, AKA the guy who broke the security on the iPhone and PS3, has blogged that he would like to get a Windows Phone 7. His wish may be granted, as Brandon Watson, a self-proclaimed “entrepreneur on loan to Microsoft focused on getting our developer mojo back,” has offered Hotz one of these gadgets. Watson sent Hotz a message on Twitter requesting that Hotz email him to receive a free Windows 7 Phone. Watson closed the message with this statement; “let dev creativity flourish.”  In other news, the modder behind the World of Starcraft mod, simply known as Ryan, has been in contact with Blizzard about how to settle this whole WoS thing. He is currently unable to comment on this, but in the meantime he’s been offered a job with Riot Games. |
