The November(ish) launch of the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One is still sitting a few months away, but gamers on both sides of the hardware fence will be getting plenty of free games this September to tide them over.
Xbox Live Gold subscribers will be able to pick up the following games free of charge through Games with Gold:
· Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Vegas
· Magic: The Gathering 2013
PlayStation Plus subscribers will get access to five new titles (3 for PS3, 2 for PS Vita) through Sony’s Instant Game Collection:
· Galaga Legions DX (PS3)
· Resident Evil Chronicles HD Collection (PS3)
· ICO (PS3—yes, it’s the HD remade version)
· GTA: Liberty City Stories (PS Vita)
· Rayman Origins (PS Vita)
Nothing tastes quite as sweet as free, unless it’s calorie free, so bon appetite.
