SEGA Announces Four New 3DS Release Dates

SEGA Announces Four New 3DS Release Dates

None

Many 3DS fans are still waiting for that one killer app that makes the system take off. Well, SEGA has four highly awaited games coming out for the handheld. Before today, we had no idea when they were going to come out, but a press release earlier today revealed these mysterious launch dates. Let’s just say you won’t be disappointed.

Coming up first is Shinobi, proof that any video game system is made better with ninjas. Shinobi will come out on November 11th in Europe and November 14th in North America.

SEGA’s classic mascot is also coming to the 3DS with Sonic Generations. Unfortunately, the handheld version won’t be here for the HD console version’s November 1st release date, but shortly thereafter. It has a November 22nd release date for North America, and a November 25th date for Europe.

CRUSH 3D is an action puzzle platformer that will be hitting stores January 12th, 2012 in North America, and one day later on the 13th in Europe.

Finally, Mario and Sonic are teaming up to go to the Olympics again in Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games, which thankfully is coming out sooner than the actual 2012 Olympic games. The game will be able to be picked up on February 10th, 2012 in Europe, and February 14th, 2012 in North America.

What do you think? Any of these have “killer app” potential?
