The Sims 4 has consistently proven itself to stand the test of time. When the game arrived in 2014, it received favorable reviews and still garners fans today. Developed by Maxis and published by Electronic Arts, the social simulator continues to dominate its genre. The simulation genre is known for the freedom it supplies its players and The Sims 4 is no exception. However, PC gamers have been looking for ways to tailor their experience and push the game to its limits. Sims 4’s Premise

The Sims 4 is an endless sandbox for players to lose themself in. The title allows players to create and control custom avatars known as Sims. These Sims then simulate their entire lives. Each sim has unique traits and aspirations that are all customizable by the player. The gameplay loop is incredibly solid and has been polished to perfection. What’s A Height Slider Anyway?

While the create a sim mechanic is pretty extensive some modders have devised ways to provide extra freedom to players. Unfortunately in the base game players cannot change the height of their sims. Every sim has a consistent height that only changes as they age. There’s no way to create a tall Sim or a short Sim in the base game but with mods, you can gain access to many sliders to further customize your Sims build including their height.

Sims 4 Fitness

1. Luumia’s Height Slider

Provides a slider that changes the height of your Sim in Create-A-Sim. The Slider mod also includes body presets.

  • Medium Tall
  • Tall

This mod is not perfect as the patreon post dictates some bugs that may happen while fiddling with the sliders.

2. Hellfrozeover’s Shoulder Height Slider

This slider allows you to increase the height of your sim’s shoulders specifically. This not only makes the sim look a bit more unique but you can also use this slider to make your sims’ shoulders seem more broad.

3. Hellfrozeover’s Female Waist and Hip Height Slider

This slider provides you with the ability you alter both the waist and hip height. This helps provide more body diversity to your sim creations.

4. Luumia’s Neck Height Slider

This specifically affects the height of a Sim’s neck. It can be used in tandem with the Height Slider mod linked above but it may introduce clipping issues.

5. Bloodmooncc’s Forehead Height Slider

This slider allows players to control the height of their Sims’ foreheads and fortunately, unlike some of the previous mods this mod is available for all genders and ages.

6. Dumbabysims’ Leg Length Or Hip Height Slider

This slider is available for both male and female sims. There is a known bug that affects the body of the sim you are working with but a simple restart is usually enough to fix it.

7. Redheadsim’s Height Slider

For those looking for an alternative to Luumia’s Height slider for any reason, this slider should suffice. It’s easy to use and is available for use with kids and toddlers.

8. Obscurus‘ Eye Slider

This slider affects how your sim’s eyes are seated in their eye sockets. This slider brings an extra level of realism to your sim’s face.

9. Pixelpfote’s Pet Height Slider

For pet lovers out there this slider allows you to increase the size of your dogs in Sims 4. This slider works for both large and small dogs.

10. Pirumxsim’s Finger Length Slider

This slider not only affects the length of your sim’s fingers but the shape of their hands as well! Fortunately enough it works for all genders and age groups.
