Intricate Watch Dogs Screenshot Unveiled

Ubisoft has released the first screenshot of Watch Dogs since its well-received E3 announcement.

The publisher had already released three images of the game upon its unveil (one of which is the game’s logo), with the latest one showcasing the new IP’s city and its surroundings.

The actual level of detail depicted in the new screenshot makes us wonder whether the title is really a current-gen title or next-gen game. Ubisoft has confirmed the former, but is hesitant on commenting on future platform plans. Either way, such spectacular visual attributes would, at the very least, run on a high-end PC.

Watch Dogs is currently scheduled for a release sometime during 2013.
