Correlation Found between UFO Sightings and Gaming!*

None

An investigation into UFO reports have uncovered that a certain game may be attracting extraterrestrials to the proximity of its transmission. Are aliens gaming among us?

Reports of UFO activities have escalated in recent months throughout North America. Scientists and investigators were baffled as to the sudden increase, but an exhaustive study showed a direct correlation to a video game called Binder Dunnit. In all instances the UFO reports were determined to be within a few hundred yards of homes or businesses where the game in question was being played. Binder Dunnit is a new, as yet, unreleased game that has absolutely no space-related content. The game is based on the popular phrase “been there, done that” and is actually a Concentration-style, point-and-click adventure game. The game is currently being beta-tested by 340 reviewers throughout Canada and the United States.

“This is great publicity for our game,” gushes publishing executive Clive Hinds. “It looks like this game is out of this world.” he jokes. “We can’t imagine what’s actually going on, but I can assure you that we have not intentionally embedded any kind of special chip, code, or transmission with the intention of making contact with beings from another planet.” he claims. “We’ve been noticing strange lights around the office here since we started this project a year ago, but we didn’t expect it to somehow relate to this game. Maybe the guys at Cheat Code Central can examine the game codes for any anomalies,” Hinds asks.

“Well, I’ve had the boys in the lab examine the game,” says former Cheat CC CEO Arty Hacker, “And so far they have stated that they will not get back to me with the results until I walk downtown to the post office with my underwear on the outside of my pants,” huffs an exasperated Hackery. “This is nothing less than blackmail in my opinion. It’s bullying, and I won’t be belittled in this manner. There are other ways of belittling me, and frankly it’s a matter I usually take care of myself,” Hackery explains. “I mean, my underwear is in really poor condition. It’s shredded in places and discolored in others; it’s a real mess, and certainly not something that I would be proud to show to a representative of another planet,” Hackery adds.

Many scientists involved in the investigation agree that Hackery’s underwear is indeed in atrocious condition and should not be shown to dignitaries from outer space.

“Let’s get something straight,” says a Cheat CC employee that doesn’t want to be named. “The only way that aliens are going to see Arty’s underwear is if they are somewhere between our building and the post office downtown. We possess some of the most valuable information that the human race has ever received, and Arty is just too friggin’ scared to go along with a little prank. Because of him, the world may never know if the truth is out there. We used to think he was just an idiot, but now we realize that was a compliment,” the anonymous employee concludes.
